Inktober 2020 - Day 31 - Crawl

My favorite crawly thing, though I don't like them crawling on me. My skin is far to sensitive. I do like them to catch and eat other bugs though. I had fun with this concept, though I'm not sure it totally came across. It might be something I play around with more in the future. It is hard to figure out where the previous "foot steps" of a spider leg might have been. I watched slow motion videos of spiders walking and a "how to animate a spider walking" video, which was really interesting. 

The original was 6 x 8.

Each print is hand signed by the artist.

They are printed on archival, acid free paper- 100% cotton, cold press natural (no whiteners) - it matches the paper I use for most of my original drawings. And cotton is a more sustainable, eco friendly alternative to wood pulp.

Printed in my studio with an Epson SureColor p800 with UltraChrome HD ink
